At Petazy, we care about your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below you'll find all the details about our return and refund process.
Returns
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Sale items, custom products, and personalized items are not eligible for return.

No restocking fees will be applied.
Return Method: By Mail
All returns are processed by mail only. A prepaid return label is included inside your original package for your convenience.
If you’ve misplaced the return label, please contact us and we’ll email you a new one.
How to Return an Item

Contact us at info@petazy.shop to request a return authorization.

Include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

Once approved, use the prepaid return label that was included in your original package.

Attach the label securely to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer.

No restocking fees will be charged.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order for the replacement.
